The upper Guadalupe starts deep in the Texas Hill Country near the town of Hunt and flows into Canyon Lake. The fishing sections that we focus on are difficult to access and flow through large, private ranches which provides water that is remote and receives little if any fishing pressure. We target largemouth, smallmouth, and Guadalupe bass as well as various type of perch. Due to spread out access points, only full day float trips are available.

Paddling the upper Guadalupe offers remote opportunities on pristine water. The upper Guadalupe is a great experience for small and large groups as well as beginner and experienced paddlers. We offer half and full day guided paddling trips as well as 2 and 3 day overnight trips. Kayaks and all gear are provided.
