BIG BEND NATIONAL PARK
The Rio Grande begins in the mountains of southern Colorado and flows for nearly 1900 miles along the U.S.-Mexico border before emptying into the Gulf of Mexico. Big Bend National Park in southwest Texas provides access to both the Santa Elena and Boquillas Canyons of the Rio Grande. These are multi day paddling and fishing trips. These trips provide some of the most remote and unique scenery anywhere in the U.S.
It is difficult to find a more beautiful and secluded place in the U.S. than the Boquillas and Santa Elena Canyons of the Rio Grande in Big Bend National Park. Due to the remote nature and limited access points, GO offers two and three day wilderness paddling trips on the Rio Grande. Kayaks and all gear are provided.
